In order to give full play to the society's active role in academic leadership and promoting the development of civil engineering disciplines, in accordance with the "14th Five-Year Plan" plan of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, China Association for Science and Technology and the Society, China Civil Engineering Society will organize research in various professional fields of civil engineering。We hereby inform you of the issues related to the 2024 project application as follows:
I. Basic information of the subject
1.Project application direction:According to the spirit of the Party's 20th National Congress report, combined with the key tasks of the China Association for Science and Technology and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in recent years, facing the main battlefield of engineering construction, in order to promote scientific research and promote the scientific and technological progress of engineering construction in China, for the current hot issues in the field of civil engineering in China, the following subject directions are recommended:（1）To carry out the summary of development achievements in related fields, research on development laws, forecast development trends, and give relevant planning and strategy suggestions;（2）Consolidate and expand China's world-leading technology in the fields of long-span Bridges, high-speed railways, UHV power transmission and transformation, super high-rise structures, etc.（3）Digital transformation: Focus on the "stuck neck" problem in the field of civil engineering, and develop independent and controllable core technologies and equipment。Carry out research on key technologies such as digital design, standardized production, intelligent construction, and intelligent operation and maintenance to promote digital transformation in the field of civil engineering;（4）Carbon peak carbon neutrality: carry out research on green and low-carbon technologies in materials, equipment, production, transportation, construction, operation and maintenance, and promote the realization of carbon peak carbon neutrality in civil engineering;（5）Good house construction: Research and development of high-quality building products;Research on technologies to improve and enhance the quality of life of the people;Study the safety management mechanism of the whole life cycle of buildings to meet the needs of the people for a better life。Number of topics: About 10;Appropriation limit: The principle of each project is about 100,000 yuan, and the funding is provided by Beijing Jeme Tianyou Civil Engineering Science and Technology Development Foundation。The project undertaking units are encouraged to support scientific research funds。Completion time: It should be completed within one to two years depending on the subject。The member units and branches of the association can declare individually or jointly。3. Application and review process

Filling requirements complete elements, clear theme, reasonable goal, clear structure, form and content standard。The project budget should conform to the Financial Management Measures of the Chinese Civil Engineering Society and the relevant provisions of the Beijing Jeme Tianyou Civil Engineering Science and Technology Development Foundation。3.
